      Pros

      Great energy, fun, and continual learning. Contrary to other reviews, I believe management is open to feedback and objective. I push back all the time in the name of new ideas and continual improvement, and and as a manager aI encourage my team to do the same.

      Cons

      It is true that iCIMS seeks to hire ambitious, creative, fun, and passionate people...in other words, they seek top caliber talent. It has been what has lead to their great success. So yes, in that regard, this company may not be a fit for everybody.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
