      Pros

      I have officially completed my 90-day onboarding experience here at iCIMS and have had a very well-paced and thorough journey. The managers and trainers here make sure that they take the time to help you adjust so that you can avoid becoming too overwhelmed too quickly with the amount of information that you need to learn for your role.

      Cons

      The commute is a little long for me -- but that is no fault of the organization.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
