Pros

Health Benefits are inexpensive and good

Cons

Don't be fooled by the Glassdoor reviews, new hires are required to write a company review during new hire orientation. Of course a new employee will write a glowing review - they are happy to get the job and view the company with rose colored glasses! The CMO is a mirco manager who has never worked at another company. She is not only clueless but catty and mean-spirited, as well. The employee base is a mix of lifers and new graduates. There are no seasoned staff with experience. If you want to work at a place that makes you feel like you are back in middle school iCIMS is for you. If not, keep looking!

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
