      - You are constantly surrounded by amazing, dedicated people - Company is constantly striving to improve - You are consistently exposed to the executive team so messaging comes straight from them - Onboarding experience is very thorough and well thought out

      Cons

      - New executive team means shifting priorities, and there are growing pains that go along with that - I started in the midst of a major reorganization, necessitating an immediate role and compensation change - Due to role change, on the job training has been a mixed bag

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
