      Pros

      The entire process from sourcing, interviewing and onboarding has been seamless and extremely positive. You can tell that iCIMS values their employees and wants them to have a great experience from the outset. Excited to be joining such a great company.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
