      Pros

      I had a really good experience throughout the interview process. I got to speak to a lot of different people from various roles and felt I had a good understanding of the company before I made my decision. The interview times were flexile, and I understood what was expected of me when joining the various interview stages. All-in-all a straightforward experience that was enjoyable to participant in.

      Cons

      Being unable to meet anyone face to face. This was totally a product of Covid though and not the company. It obviously didn't stop me from joining but something to be aware of if you are going through the hiring process.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
