Great Company that might be going off a cliff - Customer Success iCIMS Employee Review

They've rushed out a lot of software that is half-way ready. Stuff is constantly broken or you can't support the product because it hasn't been brought into our systems fully. They don't pay tech support enough and therefore the support team isn't that great at their jobs and they're underpaid so we keep losing people making the support system even worse. They've acquired a lot which is contributing to the growing pains but honestly its like they took a great products and just threw them at customers without thought causing pain for everyone.
