Pros

Flexible/open PTO, fully remote, equipment provided, amazing full benefits and uncapped commission. Great on-boarding process, wonderful work environment and co-workers. Amazing learning experience for those looking for an introduction to and experience in the SAAS industry.

Cons

Disorganized and broken management, scattered priorities, strict quota attainment. The company itself is overall a great workplace, but the SDR Org and position management within it is horribly mismanaged. As an SDR you will be worked to the bone, poorly compensated for the dedication expected of you, and it will likely take you 5-7 years grow out of SDR land: the bottom of the iCIMS sales totem poll. AE’s, AM’s and pretty much any other position at iCIMS is an B+ experience.

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
