      Pros

      Little to no office politics, somewhat self defined and self driven. Incredible work life balance. Understood that life happens sometimes. Primarily remote work.

      Cons

      VC acquisition and market forces are pushing icims to change in an unfortunate way. More profit driven and heartless then in the past. Best talent has been driven away. Pace can be slow for the driven.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
