Pros
I worked at iCIMS for 3 years and really enjoyed the flexible work environment and desire to innovate. In addition: • Plenty of Employee Resource Groups to join • Great pay • I never felt pressured to work off hours. Even when there was an event in a different time zone, the worst I’d have to accommodate was an 8am or 5pm call. • Intelligent, driven people • Cool products
Cons
Many of the challenges that iCIMS has, in my opinion, isn’t on a single person or thing. A couple years ago the company went acquisition-happy and now they’re dealing with inability to maintain those purchases. However, I think a lot of the pain they’re facing is due to too many shifts leaderships and sales.
