      Pros

      New leadership seems focused on the right things - making the core product better and improving customer experience

      Cons

      Change and pivots have led to reduced headcount which is always challenging to see, in addition to organic attrition of solid contributors. Previous leadership made some extremely poor decisions and acquisitions which made it challenging to keep up with competition in certain areas.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
