Pros

Learned more here than years at college. People are very friendly and effective - everyone here is someone I can be best friends with. I feel very well taken care of, ride my bike into work, excellent computer and creature comforts. They have enabled me to work and communicate more effectively than ever in my life. This is amazing company I am honored to work here.

Cons

Seriously, not sure if I died and went to heaven sometimes. Really wish Kaiser was an option on the healthcare.

Thanks for your feedback! We definitely like our executives to be on the same level as all the rest of our employees (literally and figuratively) because it allows more ideas to flow from all directions. And check out our new HMO plan! We are always working to better our healthcare offerings, healthier employees mean happier employees.

Pros

The job is flexible to your schedule and they do provide guidelines on how to repair devices.

Cons

I felt lied to in order for them to sell a kit. I asked all the questions I could to make sure it was legitimate. I was under the impression that I could take the kit and repair devices as iCracked generated them. Little did I know, deep inside guidelines made available only after purchasing a kit, in order to even use the iCracked generated scheduling system (iTech Pro) , you had to generate 10 repairs first. That's pretty hard when, until you've done 140 repairs, there is a 4 minute delay to seeing repair requests and the others get to snatch them up. Yes, they want you to be their marketing team as well, going out and trying to sell the business. Granted, if I wanted to start my own business, this would seem reasonable, but I'm doing this on the side. But wait! Even after those items are made available, their algorithm places repairs in the hands of their "Diamond" status technicians and then trickles down to the less fortunate. Did I mention you have to fork over a large sum of money for parts before you can do repairs?
