Pros

The people are the best part of the company. Genuinely nice and we are all willing to help each other out across departments to achieve goals and get the job done. But most were in place before current top management arrived so they get no credit. The local market manager seems to be a good person and care about us being successful and having fun, something that was lacking for years. Health insurance is ok with HSA, about what you get at other companies across the country.

Cons

Salary as others have said no raises for many people for many years, they only award merit raises , that was their way of getting out of cost of living increases. But the CEO , CFO and top management all took bonuses of millions of dollars while the company was in bankruptcy and a judge signed off on it, who paid him off! The info is all accessible through SEC filings, especially now that they are a public company again. Management needs major improvement, many old school managers not willing to change or take chances. Some need to take emotional intelligence classes, as they are belittling, demeaning and just don't listen. One manager used to call up and scream at his employee, I told her to record those call as he was creating a hostile work environment. Fortunately that manager is gone now. Advancement not possible unless you are the favored few regardless of experience or talent. But I have seen some talented people get promoted. They also talk about diversity and great culture, they should send some spies into different cities and find the real truth. No one will openly speak out for fear of losing their jobs. And back to health insurance, company stopped contributing to HSA a few years back because CFO said "we were all in good shape and didn't need their help". Sorry but you have to hit $3000 before plan begins paying, and those not making great money like him counted on that $500-800 help at beginning of the year as we added our own money into the HSA. After the recent downsizing btw, which is done by an algorithm to determine your worth, morale is at all time low. Also heard the "enhanced benefits" were really not that good compared to past severance packages given to other employees. Also the downsizing email was released while they were firing people, WOW! Company has no humility, they like to pound chest and brag how good they are to employees. Really? Wwe know how good we are so who are you speaking to? A great company never has to say how good they are, they just do it. Word of mouth will sell your attributes. Fyi I have not disclosed my real location because they could track me down and eliminate my job. Yes that is real concern.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
