The people I worked with were great There were performances in the office by up and coming artists Work/Life Balance was pretty good
Cons
Strung me along for years trying to get a raise. Made us all take 2 weeks unpaid vacation in 2020 due to covid-related revenue issues, told it was specifically to avoid layoffs, then in March 2021 they laid off a whole lot of people. They only care about the stock price, which only executives get, not employees. They subscribe to the "do more with less" mentality which means they'll underpay one person to do the job of 2 or 3 people. Opened new office in Nashville, and laid off lots of NY people, all the while telling NY "we love you guys". Much of the web properties are just click-bait to get ad revenue. No career path
