The HUGE turnover that hasn't stopped since It's a top-down "old school" culture Not all middle managers are good ones, nor do they have experience or seem interested in actually investing in their direct reports They never address social issues happening in the world unless super pressed, and even then, it's not genuine Getting promoted is almost impossible, no matter how hard you work because compensation and performance are not connected. see point 1. (no growth) Execs are mostly all talk, no real walk, don't hold themselves accountable to anything, and decision making is quite questionable at times Only Execs get their hands on stock options Despite the style being agile, things take a long time to ship The pay is significantly lower than market value There is no 401k match since COVID and in general a terrible benefits packagep
