HR and the management team regret that you had a negative experience during your employment at iHerb. While we are pleased to hear that you were well compensated, it is not our intention to be hypocritical or disrespectful to you or any other team member.
We value your opinion, however, we assure you that our managers do listen to advice. In fact, our Viewpoint Program was developed specifically so that managers could hear suggestions from all team members, and we mandate that the managers respond to each person. In addition, HR has an “Open Door” policy in which any team member can confidentially express a concern.
