Pros

Free snacks, nice gym, good variety of experience

Cons

Terrible leadership, people are SO disposable here. Extreme secrecy at the top. All the C-level Suite is related. Like literally they are all cousins and in-laws, promote each other, get 1 Million dollar bonuses, and everyone else is treated poorly. Listen to the reviews and don't do it. If you do, have a backup plan at ALL times in case they fire you. I've seen many people get yelled at and threatened. I've seen many managers let go and replaced, let go and replaced. Last year they expanded and told us they were growing quickly, and then suddenly fired 30 people in a day. Turned out all the people they hired were just replacements for the ones they were planning to let go. Be smart people, there's a lot of jobs out there.

Thanks for your review and for sharing your experience with us. We have previously addressed the layoffs that took place over a year ago in other reviews. Unfortunately, layoffs and reorganizations are part of the growing pains of business. We realize that iHerb is not the place for everyone and we are happy that you were able to find another opportunity where you can flourish.
