Pros

management protects themselves and scarifies everything else.

Cons

over 15 people left the department that consists of 27 people in the last 2 years! that tells something! they keep hiring new people because their people run away. You won't survive here most likely. Everything is complaining about their management but they won't let the coo and the director go for some reason. they both are harming the business. they cause so much damage over the last 6 years that cost the company way much more than they generated. their ceo believed in equal opportunity but their coo and her director believes only in hiring people from their ethnicity only. 80% of them belong to one ethnicity only . they only promote and hire their own and everyone else is so scared and wants to leave. the only thing keeping them is the pandemic and the fact there are no jobs out there.

Pros

iHerb pays 100% of medical benefits for you and your immediate family. They are generous with vacation accruals. Salaries are generous.

Cons

The company continues to operate with a small-business, "mom-and-pop" mentality despite its growth. Leadership is highly centralized, with most decisions driven by the CEO. Employees often perceive that those who are not viewed favorably by leadership are eventually managed out of the organization. There is a culture of fear around speaking up, as many employees worry about potential negative consequences to their employment. Favoritism among leaders is frequently observed, and advancement opportunities can be limited for individuals who are not part of the preferred inner circle.
