There're no strict rules . You could get promoted at a fast pace without solid professional skills if you're great at pleasing your supervisor.
Cons
Other reviews had mentioned a lot that it's not necessary to repeat here. A thing happened on my colleagues and me other reviews hadn't mentioned is that iherb used to have had our salaries calculated wrong TWICE, and it could only pay the exact amount back to your account a month after because of technical issues. You'd better check your pay every month if you joined this company.
