Pros

amazing views of the side of a mountain lots of free parking ev parking spaces a pool that no one ever seems to use elevators

Cons

DO NOT APPLY FOR THE PM RECOMMENDATIONS ROLE. They have gone through 3 PM's in the last 3 years. it's wild the CEO doesn't ever seem to understand it's importance but demands to know every detail and change (even though again, he doesn't understand it) at one point we had 3 PM's on one team and it was just such a hot mess of lack of leadership (the chief digital officer only knows how to take orders so she was no help in prioritizing) you will be working around clock and into late nights with teams in Shanghai. you're basically on call there will be excuses as to why they never pay out a bonus yet the company is profitable year over year. phantom shares? never will be actually an existing thing. you'll have better luck getting a date with Dolly Parton

Pros

iHerb pays 100% of medical benefits for you and your immediate family. They are generous with vacation accruals. Salaries are generous.

Cons

The company continues to operate with a small-business, "mom-and-pop" mentality despite its growth. Leadership is highly centralized, with most decisions driven by the CEO. Employees often perceive that those who are not viewed favorably by leadership are eventually managed out of the organization. There is a culture of fear around speaking up, as many employees worry about potential negative consequences to their employment. Favoritism among leaders is frequently observed, and advancement opportunities can be limited for individuals who are not part of the preferred inner circle.
