Every single person has been so willing to assist with integrating into the culture, systems, processes, etc. The company is open and willing to listen to recommendations on improvements, and provide you with the resources to make those improvements. There is so much more room for the company to grow which gives you the opportunity to participate in multiple projects and grow. Company pays full medical insurance, matches 401K by 6%, and Roth by 6%, unlimited vacation, etc.
