The snacks are good but that’s it.

Cons

This has to be the most shady sales job I’ve had in my career. Everyone is just contacting the same people over and over to the point it’s totally damaged the brand overall.

Wish there was something. $100 per person quarterly dinners are pretty cool if you like your team.

Cons

Operations and management give you little to no support. Cut throat sales teams will do anything to sabotage a deal. Bad reputation on the west Coast and no love for their clients. Just run and work anywhere else.
