Pros
You are always given the opportunity to succeed. Expectations are high, but they should be! Great benefits, fun working environment, and the sky's the limit for creating your career here. They're building a gym, a decked-out patio with a grill, and so much more! I can see a culture that will just reinforce the awesome environment that they've been developing over the past year.
Cons
Everything moves pretty quickly- if you don't have the ability to make changes on the fly, and keep organized, you'll end up getting overwhelmed very quickly. Overall organization and structure is shifting quickly because of the rapid growth- but it's getting better every day.
