Worked here for 6 months in CSR and it was terrible. It is like a prison. Management is a complete mess. Any one who is qualified ends up leaving the moment they find something better. The owner only trusts his unqualified family members to run the business and is clearly NOT working.

Cons

vacation time and pay rate is terrible. management micro manages so much you cannot be creative. Telecommute work is unheard of at this company
