If you enjoy working on your own with minimal direction and don't mind overtime, this is the job for you.

Cons

This company has potential, but it will be difficult to realize that potential if upper management does not implement some structure and embrace a moral and ethical culture aimed at treating their customers (and employees) with more respect. The benefits are minimal and so is the pay in comparison to the hours employees are expected to work.
