You can learn to fix bugs, learn a lot of different stuff .

Cons

Very cheap management , low pay, very bad ethics, and very bad software engineering process, no testing and no quality assurance, fake features and no code reviews, the company is micro managed by the CEO and does not give the chance for creativity to new employees, also the family is very involved in the business and that makes the company look like a family restaurant.
