There were a few real reviews by former employees posted. Then a few positive reviews were posted from management to control their online reputation. There aren't very many software companies in the Inland Empire. All of the jobs are in Orange County or close to Los Angeles County. People commute from the Inland Empire because you can buy a house there. This gives iMedRIS a large pool of people to hire from, so they don't have to pay them or treat them well. They run through employees. If I had lived in this area I'm sure I would have heard about iMedRIS from other software developers and I would have stayed away.

iMedRIS Data Corporation is a dynamic company with a diverse group of Team Members. Current staff have recruited developers and programmers from other software companies and have found a home here. There are many staff events and benefits that foster a work/social balance at iMedRIS. Unfortunately, not everyone thrives in such a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Not much to complain about. The company's tech stack could be more modern. Software is legacy.
