Pros
It's a Small company and local to Redlands. Very good colleagues except Management(Sucks) When i used to work in Imedris, there used to be: popcorn, picnics, parties, potlucks, but stops in early 2015.
Cons
Less Pay. They say they will include 401 k but nothing from company side. No yearly increment. It was a family, but then management lost its tracks and start firing people. Management hires only their family members who do not have any knowledge either of the software or how to use a word document. expected to work from 8-5, no unnecessary talks with colleagues, one cannot attend personal calls, no giggling or laughing , n CEO himself talks in a louder voice. No respect for their employees.
