Pros
Nobody cares about their work or their job so you have the freedom to do just about anything, or nothing like most people.
Cons
One of the worst "cultures" of a work environment I have ever been a part of. Upper management treated middle management like dirt, and in turn frontline employees were treated the worst. CEO lies about compensation to trap people into working here. Don't even bother factoring in the "bonus" as 90% of the time you will be placed in such a disorganized mess of a situation that your success will be based entirely on luck. The fact that it was filled with lying, deception, and negligence in the first week was enough of a sign for me to leave.
