1. Focus is always on production without checking the welfare of patch technicians or looking into the complexity of scans. Managers keep on pushing for production without even knowing the complexity of scans. Because they don’t know how to scan and identify if it is complex or not.
2. Will ask for OT just to hit the unattainable target instead of hiring more people.
3. Incentives are impossible to achieve.
4. Most of the managers are not really fit for their roles. No knowledge about scanning ECG and we don’t really know what they’re doing on a daily basis. Like what else do they do? High salary people but not contributing anything to the company.
5. People with questionable integrity are still here.
6. Conflict of interest is rampant.
7. Payroll is still manual.
8. A lot of changes recently that we don’t even know how to keep up. Townhalls are all for show before a storm.
