Pros
The colleagues are wonderful, collaborative and add to a positive experience. Also, In the correct departments, there is ample opportunity for professional/developmental growth via project work. There are also leaders that are very easy to have a professional rapport with.
Cons
More work/responsibilities can be added, but compensation does not advance accordingly. The company is also more likely to hire managers/leadership from outside the company as opposed to developing employees who have been there for years. Lastly, the company seems to be on the DEI bandwagon, but it seems that they are a long ways from paying appropriately to some minority groups. As a result, these are some of the things leading to high turn over within different areas of the company.
