What has kept me engaged at iRhythm is the combination of a mission that matters and the people behind it. It's hard not to be motivated when you know the work ultimately helps patients receive timely cardiac care. I've had the opportunity to work with incredibly smart, dedicated colleagues across Commercial, Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, and beyond. There is a strong culture of collaboration, and people are generally willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems together. From an Enablement perspective, there's also a real opportunity to influence the business. I've been trusted to lead large-scale initiatives, partner directly with senior leaders, and help shape how we train, develop, and support the field.
