Pros

Their salary offer and amenities are good and very competitive

Cons

They launched PROHANCE! Which requires employees to work like Call Center agents with 24/7 monitoring and constant reminders asking why they were idle! We are not call center agents! Then being part of the support team we are asked to control our OT and even had them remove to compensate for our idle time! Is it our fault that we are able to manage our workload well but have out of shift meetings that we will be required to attend! This company even removed our already rendered OT and will not pay it!!! Some were even reprimaded and demanded NTE just because they did OT!!! Company is less than 2 years but seems like they are already managing their people out! Not a good option!
