Pros

Flexibility, work from home, good enough benefits with great bonding culture with other teams, good coffee machine and snacks.

Cons

Micromanagement issues and having someone that is inexperienced at leading, misunderstands most of my questions, is very condescending. Everyone makes mistakes, but they doesn't admit to theirs. The worst part is that I initially thought this is a internal role, but it's an outsourced role which was not discussed during interview, very frustrating experience.

I personally didn’t encounter any drawbacks in this position. My experience was entirely positive and rewarding.

Pros

Nice company with a good work environment and a healthy work-life balance. Most projects are remote, and the compensation is good.

Cons

Nothing specific that I know of. Overall, my experience has been positive.
