Thanks so much for sharing your feedback and expressing your concerns. We value feedback, and in every situation we take our employee concerns very seriously. I’m glad to say there are opportunities for advancement at iSoftStone, and wherever possible, we aim to shift team members to projects that are in line with their interests. Generally speaking, our managers are encouraged to have regular 1:1’s with their employees and to support their employees with any challenges. I’m truly sorry to hear your experience has been different.
