Pros

In North America -- it may be ok where they have great access to Microsoft projects

Cons

In the China market there is too much central decision making through the CEO, and it is far too large a company for that. In fact, acquired subsidiaries have there hands tied and are not allowed to act as autonomous as would be optimal.

Pros

Nice company with a good work environment and a healthy work-life balance. Most projects are remote, and the compensation is good.

Cons

Nothing specific that I know of. Overall, my experience has been positive.
