Pros
When you either get laid off or forced to the point of quitting, you'll get to remember how much better life can be literally anywhere else.
Cons
The entire company is dysfunctional. The CEO changes directives every quarter then blames engineering when the tiny deadlines don't get met (so brave and industry-leading!). The CTO bullies people into quitting, because he doesn't see the people who report to him as human beings (not even enough to spell their names correctly when emailing the company about their hiring), and prefers you don't see him as one either. He then brings in people from his previous companies to replace his victims; who then in turn treat the people under them like cattle to be bullied and replaced by their friends. Anyone not in the inner-circle has to wake up every day wondering when the next round of layoffs are happening and if their name is on it. There's so many negative things to say about this place, it's nauseating.
