Management lets you do your work without micromanaging. Dog friendly. Unlimited PTO. Flexible about hours and some working from home. Generous 401-k match. Paid premium for single, basic health insurance. 4 weeks paid maternity leave. Drinks and company-sponsored snack food in kitchen.

Cons

Like many startups, a little less communication between departments than needed as we grow, but management is trying to address that.
