* Flexible working hours * "Unlimited" vacation/PTO (expected to be used responsibly) - but also means no accrued vacation time and nothing to "cash out" * Rapidly growing company * Well stocked kitchen with snacks/drinks * Lots of free beer/booze * Relaxed work atmosphere

Cons

* Can feel a bit sexist sometimes (not overt or blatant, but exists) * Lack of diversity in engineering
