Pros
Such an amazing group of People. I see us as a community of diverse, smart, and committed individuals all banding together and working toward ensuring iSpot is the leader in the space. Everyone across the organization exudes passion/energy for both what they do within iSpot and helping to extend the lead for iSpot. People are motivated to dig in and roll up their selves to do great work and be problem solvers.
Cons
Not a con, more of a piece of advice for anyone looking to join iSpot. We truly are a growing and evolving organization - change is the constant. Folks need to welcome change and embrace it to be successful.
