Pros

Not often does an opportunity come along where the work you do benefits the product and the business in a positive way so quickly. iSpot.tv is at the forefront of a competitive fast moving industry where the product evolves rapidly keeping the work environment fresh, challenging, and a place where you will put your skills to work and earn valuable experience. The men and women of iSpot are what make this company such a great place to work. People come here from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds, and have brought skills from incredibly varied backgrounds. The opportunity for advancement is very high with many starting careers at iSpot and advancing to leadership roles. The company values talent. Benefits are extremely generous, with matching 401k, unlimited vacation, unlimited refreshments, company outings etc. Training and the opportunity for career and skills learning is also a part of the fabric of iSpot.

Cons

Not really a downside but you need to ask yourself whether you want to be challenged, want to work on new exciting products. As mentioned above, iSpot leads the industry and as a result change has to happen in order to succeed and evolve. Sometimes that requires a mindset that is willing to adapt to change.
