iSpot is on the cutting edge of TV Measurement and Attribution. They were first market being able to connect real time linear TV airings to actual business outcomes. They are now moving on towards currency, and being a player in the negotiations between networks and advertisers. This is super exciting stuff. Everyone at iSpot is super helpful and smart, especially being in a satellite office, away from the Bellevue HQ, seeking out people to answer your questions is key, the answers are not just going to come to you; and everyone from the CEO down is willing to help
Cons
Being in a satellite office or being remote is a lot harder than being in HQ. It's imperative that all satellite employees take time to get in front of Senior Management to get to know them. Often times product enhancements are generally known about in the halls of HQ, but unless satellite employees go out and seek those people, it's hard to get an understanding about what's coming down the pike.
