"Unlimited" PTO Policy Good Salary + Benefits Package Some great talent and some great people

Cons

Upper management does not care about you Undertone of sexism No work life balance, expect way more than they will tell you outright Untouchables + buddy buddy cliques Will push until something breaks, even if that is a person Do not even try to change the culture, it's not going to happen Watched more than 1 person be let go when they had health issues that affected their work hours or too much PTO
