Pros

Salary and benefits are okay. The people are definitely what keep people here. Being with a growing company is exciting. The company pulled in $325M in funding to bet big in 2022. The company is making an effort to promote diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Dysfunctional upper management team. Lots of finger-pointing when things don't go right. Iterative design/development is looked at as a problem to be "fixed". The need to iterate is considered a failure and a problem of poor planning. The bonus plan only extends to the VP level and above. The "annual" salary review has never been performed the same way twice so the rules and expectations are never the same from year to year.
