Pros

Performance incentives only when management's happy, about your performance, which they never are.

Cons

The constant berating and yelling of management is a form of abuse! Managers are unprofessional and unethical and can't show a little bit of respect to employees. They think we are all beneath them that's why they're rude and awful to us!
