friendly people at the company

Cons

-People are in leadership positions who have never done management training and do not know how to manage or lead a team. =Not open to other ideas or open to hearing how others think. They want everyone to speak, sound, talk and act all the same. Anything that is not like them they will find a a way to push you out the company. -People are constantly quitting because of being overworked and not a fair spread of workload.
