Pros

Remote Work- get to work with some great brands. I have Stockholm Syndrome at this point, so I am programmed to say “they are great or something”

Cons

It all depends on who your manager is. There are regional directors I would invite to my house for dinner and other regional directors I wouldn’t brake for in traffic. One even got his boss fired to take his role. Say goodbye to any semblance of a life outside work. if planning to work at ispot.tv. 50-60 hour weeks minimum, I hope you don’t have a wife, kids, friends, hobbies because kiss them all goodbye. The workload simply consumes your life (and soul).

Pros

The work mixes creativity and data-driven decisions. I like the team-centric environment and the variety of projects. There are real chances to develop new skills here. The benefits and work-life balance are good.

Cons

Product releases and campaign launches bring a lot of pressure.
