On a regular basis they pay you money for staying employed here.
Cons
HR wouldn't be spamming Glassdoor with fake reviews if things were great. CEO thinks he's the smartest person in the room and therefore is always right, but really has no idea how big data processing works and won't let anyone tell him. He bought a company that gave him all the right buzzwords and it was too expensive to keep everyone so we laid off our own employees. Expecting everyone who is left will be blamed when the smoke and mirrors don't pan out.
