None since this is a horrible place.

Cons

Working for iSpot is a horrible experience that's for sure. The management is full of clueless but arrogant people who always meddle with our work. The managers try to micromanage us even though they are incompetent and incapable of providing us with anything useful. They even sometimes make our work harder.
