Pros
I cannot find many pros. As others have said, there are some great people here, but unfortunately, they are not in a position of influence. The merger with 605 has brought in better leadership, so perhaps long term there can be positive changes.
Cons
Every organization, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, CS, etc., operates independently and in complete disarray. C-Level does not make decisions in a timely fashion, and the employees suffer because of it. Annual comp plans are not completed until well into Q2 and always contain significant changes to the previous year. The plans are intentionally obtuse and it would take a Field's Medal winner to properly calculate payout. Top performers are laid off or terminated to avoid paying commissions. 10% layoffs have become an annual event with smaller ones throughout the year. Great employees come and go while bad ones have a long tenure.
